That is a great map!

I think I'll have to watch the DVDs this weekend.

I'm still not sure about Cameron in Terminator. She just looks so frail sometimes which was one of the cool things about Firefly.
I don't need an Arnold like woman to play the role but I still haven't been sold at this point.
Truth be told... I don't know who I'd cast.

Firefly introduced me to the online world of geekness - favourite moment was waiting with others online for the movie trailer and not in anyway being disappointed.

yup it was a great show, with a well thought out immagining of our future in space, (assuming we survive long enough to make it there) not all shiny spaceships, and perfect colonies, but dirty and gritty like it will probably be. off topic, am i the only one who thinks summer was the absolute perfect choice as cameron, the female terminator on the sarah connor chronicals...she has a surreal beauty, almost too perfect.

I was watching Serenity (episode) on Sci Fi yesterday and it was really cool seeing the show on actual television again, made me nostalgic for 2003.

Just a sad thing, so see such an amazing show get canned :( Always comes down to money, but thankfully they gave us some peace of mind with the movie. Of all the sci-fi I've watched, next to BSG this one is my favorite, taking Gene's original vision of a space western making it literal, and having a absolutely superb cast of characters! RIP

I'd like to join you in that alley.

Post-American Civil War meets space flight. What's not to love? I felt I was just getting to know the characters; beginning to emotionally invest in them and then...
I would dearly like to meet the exec's who are responsible for the cancellation of this and several other sci-fi classics in a dark alley some time. But then I fear they are like Replicators (excuse the SG1 analogy), destroy one and there are thousands lined up behind it ready to serve as tools of oppression.
