Ah, like Robert, I've never been into anything except FanExpo but I really want to go to Anime North, especially since a bunch of my friends are planning to see if we can book an entire hotel floor to ourselves

I don't know if I'm the hugest anime fan there is, but I just love the atmosphere at AN. Everyone just seems so happy and friendly, you can't not have fun.

AN rocks...though i missed it this year...took ot long to look for a hotel room...several were booked full by march....next year my mini group are doing a Lunatics Unleased theme...might perform at the mascarade.

I missed Anime North this year, but had a blast last year. Lots more cosplaying than at Fan Expo, IMHO.

Anime North from my experience is more social interactive compaired to Fan-Expo. I mean when I was there for AN 2K8 I got dragged into a spin the bottle game haha. People just wanna have fun at Anime North more then anything. Fan-Expo in my oppion people are to busy to chit chat alot of the time trying to wheel and deal get more collectables or sell them.....just my take on the two of them.

I've never gone to anime north. I don't think I'm a big enough anime geek to fit in LOL
